Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Water Restoration Lead Technician, based in Manassas, VA. The Lead Technician will oversee and execute water damage restoration tasks, including assessing the extent of water damage, implementing mitigation efforts, and ensuring proper restoration techniques. Responsibilities include managing restoration equipment, supervising team members, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and adhering to safety standards. The role requires expertise in identifying and addressing invasive damage to ensure comprehensive restoration services.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration methods
Knowledge and skills in Mitigation and addressing invasive damage issues
Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members
Leadership experience in a hands-on, restoration-focused role is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and in challenging conditions
Relevant certifications or training in water damage restoration are advantageous
