Job description
HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee the WBG ROW program, reporting to the Planning Program Director. The role partners with HDR's ROW leadership to align goals with market sector priorities and drive growth across geographies and sectors.
The Director will engage with clients, lead projects, and act as a program manager on select initiatives, maintaining a utilization target to demonstrate ROW leadership credibility.
