Job description
Water Transfer TechnicianDeploy, install, and operate automated and traditional fluid systems that support frac, flowback and general production fluid management. Operate individual locations associated with fluid systems, pumps, storage tanks, filtration units, electric pumps, booster stations, etc.General Duties:Operate diesel powered and e-pumps, compressors, filter pods and storage tanksScheduled for day and night shiftsOperate company and leased trucks, trailers, and equipmentComplete daily administrative tasks – JSAs, pump checklists, etc.Frequent use of hand and power toolsPig lay flat and HDPE water linesWinterize components of fluid systemAdditional Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Considered a PLUS:Basic mechanical skills including use, repair, and maintenanceBasic knowledge of SCADA systemsAttention to detailWillingness to learn and growBe reliable and punctualBe safety mindedHave good communication skillsFollow instructionsJob RequirementsPre-requisite Qualifications:Compliance with pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as random drug testingValid driver's license and approved motor vehicle record (must have 2 years of driving experience and no more than two moving violations in 3 years, no revocation or suspension of driving privileges within the last 5 years)Travel maybe required: Based in DeBeque, CO with work opportunities in a variety of states.Benefits:Advancement OpportunityYear-round WorkHoliday Pay / Sick Pay / Vacation PayEmployee paid health insurance with upgrades available401K Plan with employer percentage matchHiring Branch: DeBeque, COSafety:Each Shalestone Team Member is responsible and accountable for conducting their job tasks in a safe, healthy, and environmentally prudent manner.
