Job description
The Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas is seeking a Water Treatment Plant Manager to oversee daily operations, laboratory analysis, and process control at the Kickapoo Water Treatment Plant. This role includes budgeting, reporting, and supervising personnel to ensure safe, potable water for the community.
Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, scheduling, performance evaluations, and enforcing safety policies while coordinating with Tribe leadership on capital projects and plant improvements.
