Job Title: Wastewater Project Manager - P.E.
Location: Multiple Locatons Across the US
Salary: Up to $190,000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Wastewater Project Manager to join our clients' teams. As a key player, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading firms in the industry and contribute to the development of sustainable water solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of wastewater infrastructure projects, from initial concept through project completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
Oversee the preparation of design drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Ensure all projects comply with environmental regulations and industry standards.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project status.
Assist in business development activities, including preparing proposals and participating in client meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing wastewater treatment or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, infrastructure design, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in design-build or alternative project delivery methods.
Familiarity with environmental permitting processes.
Business development or client relationship management experience.
