Job description
L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to lead field operations across water and wastewater projects. You will support and guide all Project Superintendents, ensuring staffing, scheduling and safety align with L7 standards.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge, strong leadership and excellent communication, with a proven ability to coach teams, manage budgets and improve project performance while traveling between St. Augustine and Melbourne.
