$100,000-$130,000
A leading heavy civil contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of water treatment, wastewater treatment, and utility infrastructure projects . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to grow their career on complex municipal projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with project execution from preconstruction through completion
Support budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
Coordinate with Superintendents, field crews, and project stakeholders
Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in project engineering, assistant project management, or construction management
Experience with water treatment, wastewater treatment, pump stations, or utility infrastructure projects preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree preferred
Stable pipeline of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
