Job description
The City of Grand Junction is seeking an experienced Utilities Director to lead water and wastewater operations, driving long-term financial and capital planning. You will build productive relationships across the organization, with regulators, customers, and regional partners.
The ideal candidate combines executive leadership with technical knowledge of utilities, strong financial acumen, and the ability to guide major capital programs while communicating complex issues to the public.
