Job description
Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the Delta Hotels by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront, a full-service resort along the Chesapeake Bay. You will set the vision, drive results, and champion guest experiences while balancing owner expectations.
Lead an engaged team, manage annual budgets, and partner with Sales, Revenue, Marketing and F&B to maximize performance in the Virginia Beach market.
