Job description
WaterPark Guest Services Light Up the Park Supervisors are the first friendly faces guests see when they enter the seasonal light show. Must also provide excellent customer service while assisting with light show operations, answering questions, and providing information about Light Up the Park! Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily opening and closing duties of Light Up the Park with support from the WaterPark Manager on Duty, including preparation of daily financial deposit and reports. Excellent customer service skills

Supervise Attendant staff in providing customer service and an experience at “Light Up the Park!”
Complete opening and closing duties for Light Up the Park daily operations!
Supervise admission processing through Siriusware POS and reconciliation of cash drawer
Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management
