Job description
HDR is seeking a Business Class Director in a flexible US location. You will provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the Integrated Watershed Management practice and collaborate across markets, groups and offices to deliver high-quality water resources projects.
You will mentor technical leaders, drive risk management, and oversee planning, modeling and design services, ensuring adherence to HDR values and employee-owned culture. Travel ~35%.
