Wax Dress & Assembly – Set UpLocation: Willoughby, OH Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Starting Pay: $17.00/hour, with flexibility based on relevant experiencePosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wax Dress & Assembly – Set Up person. This position involves manipulating wax pieces and applying various materials according to established procedures and specifications.The ideal candidate will have good hand-eye coordination, a steady hand, and the ability to work carefully with small or detailed components.Job ResponsibilitiesManipulate and work with wax pieces according to established procedures.Apply various materials to wax pieces as instructed.Perform assembly and set-up tasks with attention to detail.Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy.Maintain a steady hand while working with fine details and small components.Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Qualifications & RequirementsAbility to see and inspect fine details accurately.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to maintain a steady hand while performing detailed work.Ability to work either sitting or standing for an 8-hour shift.Ability to push, pull, and lift approximately 50 pounds.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Previous manufacturing, assembly, wax, or related experience is a plus but not required.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
