JOB SUMMARY
The Scientist and Engineer labor category is comprised of Analysts, Engineers, and Scientists with knowledge and skills to apply a variety of analytical techniques to formulate and solve problems; plan for future technologies; conduct research and development; and define requirements for systems. Specific knowledge and expertise may be required in specialized engineering fields.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Level 3 - This skill level requires 3 to 10 years of experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in the applicable discipline. This skill level typically performs all functional duties independently.
SECURITY CLEARANCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of an active U.S. TOP SECRET clearance and be subject to a government security investigation.
Driving or renting a car for company business is expected with some frequency. For insurance purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
Do you have the ability to pass a background check to be granted access to the specific working location installation bases to perform work for GMRE? (Pertains to Technical Services positions)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
TRAVEL REQUIRED
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position for meetings, trainings, and/or site visits.
