nWe are seeking a Wealth Advisor to serve as a trusted financial partner to our members. In this role, you'll provide personalized investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, and comprehensive financial guidance. nWhat You'll Do
nAs a Wealth Advisor, you will:
nnDevelop trusted relationships with credit union members by understanding their financial goals and recommending customized financial strategies.
nProvide comprehensive financial planning, investment guidance, retirement planning, and estate planning solutions.
nIdentify members' financial needs and recommend appropriate investment products.
nService an existing book of business while expanding your client relationships.
nGenerate new business through internal referrals, community networking, and proactive prospecting.
nPartner with branch teams to create referral opportunities and deliver exceptional member experiences.
nMeet with members across multiple branch locations as needed.
nParticipate in community events, financial education seminars, volunteer activities, and business development opportunities.
nMaintain current knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory requirements.
nEnsure compliance with FINRA regulations, company policies, and all applicable laws while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
n nWhat We're Looking For
nSuccessful candidates will have:
nnA proven record of success in investment sales and relationship management.
nStrong consultative selling and communication skills.
nThe ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients with varying levels of financial knowledge.
nExceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
nExperience developing new business while nurturing existing client relationships.
nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
nSelf-motivation and the ability to work independently while collaborating with branch teams.
n nExperience & Qualifications
nRequired Qualifications:
nnBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
nActive FINRA Series 7 License.
nActive FINRA Series 66 License (preferred) or Series 63 License.
nStrong relationship-building, communication, and consultative sales skills.
nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
nAbility to travel between branch locations for member appointments.
