Job description
We are seeking a hungry, entrepreneurial Wealth Advisor to join a boutique wealth management practice and take excellent care of clients while helping grow the business. This is a client-facing role for an advisor who can build and manage relationships, deliver sophisticated planning, and bring in new business. The right attitude and drive mattering as much as years of experience.
Our client is a small, close-knit firm serving mass-affluent and high-net-worth clients. The firm provides full support, including operations, service, and infrastructure, so advisors can focus on clients and growth. This is a strong fit for a self-starter who wants room to build their own book while being backed by a firm that covers the overhead.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage client relationships, providing a high level of personalized service and attention.
Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to each client's goals, adjusting strategies as needs evolve.
Develop new business through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach, contributing directly to the firm's growth.
Serve mass-affluent and high-net-worth clients, typically in the $600K-$2M asset range, with proactive, attentive care.
Collaborate with the firm's support team to ensure seamless service and client experience.
Stay current on financial markets, planning strategies, and industry developments while ensuring adherence to regulatory and firm policies.
QUALIFICATIONS Transferrable book of assets , minimum $25mm.
Experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory, with a client-facing background.
Demonstrated ability-or clear potential-to develop new business and build a book of clients.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and hungry, with a genuine commitment to taking care of clients.
FINRA Series 65 (or Series 7 and 66), or willingness to obtain.
COMPENSATION
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, starting at $125,000, with a transition to a revenue-grid payout as the book grows. The firm covers overhead and provides full operational support.
