nCitizens employs a group of experienced advisors that help individuals and families attain their financial goals. Our Wealth Advisors conduct thorough discoveries to understand a client's short- and long-term goals, then construct a tailored financial plan that meets the client's goals.

nThe Citizens Wealth Advisor is a branch-based advisor who excels in a collaborative environment that emphasizes the paramount importance of client interests, as well as the personal and professional growth of team members. Wealth Advisors work directly with a variety of business partners and centers of influence to uncover and identify prospective opportunities.

nPrimary responsibilities include:

nnnDevelop a high-quality wealth management practice that provides a personalized wealth management strategy.

n

nnEnhance and preserve relationships with key partners to boost client introductions and engagement.

n

nnProactive client and prospect outreach promoting Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.

n

nnGrow existing relationships through partnership referrals.

n

nnTailor wealth management planning to meet client needs.

n

nnUtilize the knowledge of internal stakeholders and specialists in delivering a variety of services, including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.

n

n nQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

nnnSeries 7, 63, 65 (or 66) active and valid.

n

nnA valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable licenses is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting the role as a condition of employment.

n

nnA minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.

n

nnDemonstrated track record in new business development and client book management.

n

nnProven experience in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.

n

nnFamiliarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.

n

nnComfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

n

nnBachelor's degree is preferred.

n

n nHours & Work Schedule

nnnHours per Week: 40

nnWork Schedule: M-F (Branch Hours)

n nPay Transparency

nCommissioned based. Individuals in this role have historically earned between $105,000 and $250,000 per year based on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters. For an overview of our benefits, visit
