Overview
Mission Wealth is hiring a Wealth Advisor with a CFP or CFA designation to join our award-winning team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in wealth management, able to take on clients and grow. You define ambition, a sense of adventure, and a passion for purpose in helping clients navigate their financial decisions.
Mission Wealth has offered 360-degree wealth management services to affluent families since 2000. Our dynamic planning process ensures that every piece of the puzzle is put into place as our clients’ lives unfold and their needs evolve.
Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Job Type : Full-time, salaried non-exempt
Location : Hybrid position based out of Santa Barbara
Responsibilities
Work with a high-performing and growth-orientated team
Provide technical financial support to clients and Lead Advisors
Deliver family office/private client/integrated wealth/emerging wealth service model to up to 100 households
Some focus on weekly business development/referrals
Manage ongoing client service while taking on new clients
Speak your mind, have your voice heard, innovate and streamline existing processes
Grow personally and professionally with the support of your team and leadership
Be financially rewarded for putting in the hard work
What you bring as a Wealth Advisor
5+ years’ proven experience as an advisor in wealth management
Bachelor’s Degree and Certified Financial Planner designation
Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Ability to begin taking on clients immediately
Proficient with the full MS Office Suite; ability to create complex presentations/analysis
Familiar with Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, Salesforce, MoneyGuide, E-Money, Tamarac, Holistiplan, and Hidden Levers
Outstanding ability to communicate, present, and influence clients and team
A sincere desire to make a difference in clients’ lives and in the world
