nJob purpose:
nThe Wealth Advisor Services Associate is an integral part of the HUB Investment Partners (HIP) team, responsible for delivering a seamless client and advisor experience across all operational and service functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a thorough understanding of custodial and investment operations. n nDuties and responsibilities:
nnnManage the end-to-end account onboarding and offboarding process, including preparation and submission of new account documentation, Docusign workflows, and custodial account setup.
n
nnProcess and coordinate cashiering requests including wire transfers, ACH, journals, and distributions across custodial platforms.
n
nnSupport alternative investments operations, including subscription document preparation, capital call coordination, and investor statement management.
n
nnServe as a liaison between advisors, clients, and custodians to ensure timely resolution of service requests and account-level issues.
n
nnMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records across CRM and portfolio accounting systems, including account data, contact information, and relationship details.
n
nnCoordinate and track client and advisor action items to ensure thorough follow-through and documentation.
n
nnSupport compliance workflows including documentation collection, record retention, and preparation of regulatory communications.
n
nnAssist with performance reporting and client meeting preparation in coordination with advisors and the operations team.
n
nnParticipate in the development and maintenance of operational workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce client friction.
n
nnSupport technology platforms used by the team including Orion, RightCapital, ClickUp, Microsoft Dynamics, and custodial portals.
n
nnAttend and participate in team meetings, training, and learning opportunities to stay current on industry practices, compliance requirements, and firm procedures.
n
nnPerform other duties as assigned.

n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnHigh school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
n
nn2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related operations role preferred.
n
nnPrior experience with custodial platforms in a wealth management or RIA environment a plus.
n
n nSkills and Knowledge:
nnnStrong working knowledge of custodial operations and account administration processes.
n
nnProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and document management tools.
n
nnExperience with CRM and portfolio management platforms; familiarity with Orion and Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
n
nnExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
n
nnStrong verbal and written communication skills.
n
nnAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
n
nnClient-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through.

n nWorking Conditions:
nWork is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available
