About Us:
nUplevel is building a team of high-level operators to support our mission of helping business owners create, scale, and protect real wealth.
nWe are seeking a Wealth Architect to lead advanced client strategy across entity structuring, tax positioning, and estate design.
nnThis is not an administrative role.
nnThis is a strategic, client-facing position for someone who can think at a high level and execute with precision.
nnWhat This Role Owns
nnClient Strategy & Advisory
nnLead strategy sessions with clients across business structuring, asset protection, and estate planning
nTranslate complex strategies into clear, actionable direction
nGuide clients through implementation alongside internal teams
n nnWealth Architecture
nnDesign and refine entity, trust, and estate structures
nEvaluate and optimize existing client frameworks for efficiency and scalability
nAlign legal, tax, and financial strategies into cohesive plans
n nnCollaboration & Execution
nnPartner with internal teams across Tax, CFO, and Implementation
nCoordinate with outside counsel and financial professionals
nEnsure strategies are executed accurately and at a high standard
n nnThought Leadership
nnContribute to internal frameworks, client education, and workshops
nSupport development of intellectual property and client-facing materials
n nnWhat We’re Looking For
nnStrong background in tax strategy, estate planning, or business structuring
nAbility to operate at a high strategic level while maintaining attention to detail
nExperience working with entrepreneurs, business owners, or high-income clients
nClear and confident communicator who can simplify complex concepts
nHigh ownership, accountability, and execution standards
n nnRequirements
nnJuris Doctor (JD) or a recognized wealth management designation (e.g., CFP, CPA, CFO, or similar)
nProven experience in tax, estate, or business structuring strategy
nExperience advising entrepreneurs, business owners, or high-net-worth clients
nStrong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complexity into clear direction
nHigh ownership, attention to detail, and execution standards
n nnRole Details
nnFull-time, remote
nMinimum 40 hours per week, with flexibility required based on business needs
nOccasional travel for events, masterminds, and client engagements
nMust maintain a professional, client-ready remote environment
