Client Relations Associatewill be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, supporting advisors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, helping maintain strong relationships while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance in all client interactions.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
Assist clients with account-related questions, paperwork, and follow-ups
Coordinate client meetings, including preparation and post-meeting follow-up
Prepare and process new account applications and onboarding documentation
Handle account maintenance requests (transfers, distributions, beneficiary updates, etc.)
Monitor account activity and ensure timely execution of transactions
Maintain accurate client records in CRM and custodial platforms
Support advisors in meeting preparation, including performance reports and financial planning materials
Generate client reports and assist in portfolio review preparation
Track and follow up on outstanding client action items
Assist with implementation of financial plans and investment recommendations
Ensure all activities comply with SEC/FINRA regulations and firm policies
Maintain organized client files and documentation (digital and physical)
Assist with compliance audits, reporting, and documentation requests
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency
Coordinate with custodians, third-party providers, and internal teams
Manage task workflows and deadlines to ensure timely service delivery
Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or recent graduate
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or client service is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Internal Application Policy:
Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
