Job description
Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Specialist will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and providing a high level of customer support for company services.
Interacts with customers via telephone, or in person to provide support and information services.
Sets up and maintains customer accounts.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ issues and concerns.
Fields customer questions and concerns; Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries or comments.
Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to services.
Explains services, suggesting and selecting options suitable for the customers’ needs.
Coordinates information between customers and operations staff.
Assists with invoicing, billing, and taking customer payments.
Acts as liaison to coordinate information and service between customer and Business Development Manager.
Reviews and analyzes sales reports to help identify potential new markets.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
High school diploma required, college classes preferred.
One year customer service experience required.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
