***6-8 Week CONTRACT and 3 days/week ONSITE in either Essex County or Sussex County office***
Website QA & UAT Specialist (Contract)
Robert Half's client is seeking a detail-oriented Website QA / UAT Specialist to support website testing, content quality assurance, and issue tracking across desktop and mobile experiences. This role is ideal for someone with strong proofreading skills, a passion for user experience, and hands-on experience identifying and documenting website issues.
What You'll Do:
Execute website test cases and UAT scripts across site pages, forms, navigation, and mobile experiences
Proofread website content for grammar, spelling, formatting, and brand consistency
Identify, document, and track bugs, including screenshots, reproduction steps, and severity levels
Retest resolved issues and validate fixes before launch
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience
Assist with minor website content updates within a CMS (if applicable)
What We're Looking For:
Experience with website QA, user acceptance testing (UAT), or digital quality assurance
Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
Experience using Jira or similar defect/task management tools
Ability to follow structured test plans and clearly document issues
Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Optimizely, Contentful, WordPress, or other CMS platforms
Familiarity with responsive design and web accessibility best practices
Experience making minor content updates within a CMS environment

The hourly range for this position is W2 $37-$42.50/hr DOE. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
