Custodial Team MemberSchedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pay Rate: $17.09 per hourPosition Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our custodial team for a full time position. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety across various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.Key Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize restrooms following established proceduresDust and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, and vacuum floorsEmpty and clean wastebaskets and trash containersReplace light bulbs and refill restroom dispensersAssist with room setups for meetings, classrooms, and eventsStrip, buff, and apply finish to hard surface floors; vacuum and shampoo carpetsOperate and maintain cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and vacuumsWash walls and equipment; use ladders as neededLock and unlock buildings; ensure facilities are secured when not in useQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to pass a fingerprint background checkTB test clearanceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsRequirements:Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and materialsProficiency in using routine cleaning equipmentAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
