Maison Albion—Western New York’s premier historic wedding venue—is looking for a Venue Director who is as elegant as our architecture and as organized as a royal procession. Located in the charming heart of Albion (right between the buzz of Buffalo and the spirit of Rochester), Maison Albion isn't just a venue; it’s a time-traveling experience.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As our Director, you are the heartbeat of the estate. You aren't just "managing"; you are curating excellence. Your role is a vibrant blend of leadership, strategy, and hands-on magic:
Build the Dream Team: Recruit, train, and inspire a world-class team that lives for the "wow" factor.
The Conductor: Manage schedules and logistics with the precision of a Swiss watch.
Estate Guardian: Work closely with operations to ensure our historic grounds remain pristine, polished, and ready for their close-up.
Public Visionary: Plan and execute public events that make Maison Albion the talk of the town.
The Personal Touch: Step into the spotlight for select weddings each year, guiding clients from their first "Yes!" to the final dance of the night.

Part High-Level Exec, Part Creative Soul: You can balance a P&L statement as easily as you can choose the perfect floral placement.
A Natural Leader: You don't just give orders; you build a culture of hospitality.
Obsessed with Details: You notice the one candle that isn't lit and the one napkin that’s slightly askew.
An Expert Communicator: You can charm a nervous bride, negotiate with a vendor, and motivate a team all before lunch.
Committed to Serveice: You have customer service, preferrably hospitality, experience!
The Rewards
We believe grand talent deserves a grand reward. We offer a compensation structure designed to let you share in our success:
Base Salary: Starting at $55,000- $65,000
Commission: Aggressive, performance-based package
Total Target Comp: $90,000 – $100,000+
