Job description
Wedgewood Weddings in East Bridgewater, MA seeks a seasoned hospitality leader to embark on the General Manager in Training program. Over 6–12 months, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across sales, events, culinary operations, and financial management while preparing to run your own venue.
You’ll train alongside top General Managers, oversee all venue departments, recruit and mentor teams, and drive revenue and cost control in a high-volume environment.
