Job description
Wedgewood Weddings in Colorado Springs is seeking a seasoned leader to join as a General Manager in Training (GMIT) and take ownership of a venue at full operation. You will gain hands-on experience across sales, event execution, culinary operations, and financial management, supported by our network of General Managers and centralized teams.
You’ll lead teams, oversee multiple departments, and drive revenue, labor, and cost control to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
