Job description
AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Lead to serve as the nursing and ancillary staff subject matter expert. You will collaborate with the Practice Manager to supervise Team Nurses, Medical Assistants, Radiology Technicians, Lab, and Phlebotomists, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
You will implement care standards, train staff, and support CLIA-waived labs, radiology protocols, and infection control initiatives in a value-based care setting.
