Job description
Albany Medical Center, a core part of Albany Med Health System, seeks a Physician Assistant for weekend coverage in Acute Care Surgery & Critical Care. The PA will participate in inpatient rounds, assist in the OR, and coordinate admissions and discharges on a 12-hour weekend schedule.
The role requires NYS PA licensure, NCCPA, BLS/ACLS, and ideally 1–2 years in emergency, trauma, or acute surgical care. Strong communication and independent work in a high-acuity setting are essential.
