Make an Impact as a Registered Nurse at BAYADA Home Health Care
nBAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. nnnUse strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
n
nnUtilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
n
nnTriage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
n
nnPerform medication reconciliation , teaching, and safety monitoring
n
nnPerform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation
n

n nQualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:
nnnA current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
n
nnGraduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
n
nnAt least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

nnnCompetitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule

n nPay: Weekly
nBase Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations
n$64.00-$70.00 per point
