Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse to join our team. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout the Northeast Ohio Area! Weekend schedule would be Thursday - Sunday OR Friday - Monday.

nnBase Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $53.00 - $63.00 per point
n
n nRegistered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
nnnFollow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
n
nnMake home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
n
nnPerform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
n
nnMonitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
n
nnFollow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
n
nnPerform client assessments as necessary
n
nnCase management and coordination
n
nnAccurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
n
n nQualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
nnnA current license as a Registered Nurse in OH.
n
nnA minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
n
nnPrior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
n
nnGraduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
n
nnAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.
n
nnStrong interpersonal skills.
n
nnSolid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
n
nnAbility to travel to cases as assigned.
