Job description
Innovive Health in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled home health care, perform comprehensive patient assessments, and develop customized care plans. You will coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supervise Home Health Aides and LPNs, and manage medication and treatments in patients' homes.
The role requires an active RN license, a BSN or ASN/Diploma with applicable experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
