Job PostingA Better Bail Bond is the premiere company in Houston, Texas. Our 30+ years of experience qualifies us as experts in the bailbond industry, nationwide. Though we may seem like a small company with multiple offices, we are actually a large family living & working in different offices; but connected by our desire to provide an excellent service for those in need of our help.Starting Pay: $15 per hour (plus monthly commission ranging $120-$ 800)(1 WEEK PAID TRAINING)Weekly Schedule: 7a-4p FRI, SAT, SUN, MONSkills & Qualifications:Must use sales techniques and offer customer service to potential customers in a manner that leads to finalized sale (MANDATORY SALES QUOTA)Bonding agent is required to exhibit clerical skills by preparing various types of bail bondsLight filing requiredShould type a minimum 25-30 wpmThere is a required monthly sales quotaMust be at least 18 years oldMust have a high school diploma or equivalentBe authorized to work in the United StatesAdditional Info:Paid time off after first 90 daysFree ParkingLong Term Disability InsuranceProfit Sharing 401k Plan
