In this role, you’ll provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety during weekend shifts. You'll engage in personal care tasks aligned with individualized service plans, while also managing housekeeping responsibilities. Your role is vital in observing and reporting any changes to the appropriate department, maintaining necessary certifications, and adhering to all company, state, and federal guidelines. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold our commitment to excellence, all while enjoying a workplace that values your growth and development.

Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly
Qualifications
Experience in providing compassionate care to individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia.
Ability to perform personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming with respect and sensitivity.
Proven track record of maintaining a clean and organized environment, including light housekeeping duties.
Strong communication skills to effectively report changes in residents' conditions to the team.
Ability to work collaboratively with fellow care partners and healthcare professionals.
Familiarity with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met.
Commitment to adhering to all company, state, and federal healthcare guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety during weekend shifts.
Engage in personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in alignment with individualized service plans.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring residents receive nutritious and enjoyable meals.
Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping duties, including laundry and room tidying.
Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the appropriate team members promptly.
Collaborate with fellow care partners and healthcare professionals to deliver consistent and high-quality care.
Adhere to all company, state, and federal guidelines, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations at all times.
