Weekend Caregiver OpportunityWe are seeking a reliable, experienced, and physically capable caregiver to support multiple private-pay clients throughout the day on weekends. This role is ideal for a caregiver who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is confident managing client transitions, mobility support, and varying care needs across multiple homes.Benefits include mileage reimbursement, weekend differential, travel time, company parties, competitive salary, and flexible schedule.Position Overview:12-Hour Weekend Shifts | Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PMShift Type: Multi-Client Coverage (2–3 clients per day)Key Responsibilities:Provide hands-on personal care (ADLs)Safely perform transfers (bed, chair, toilet) with proper techniqueTravel between 2–3 client homes per shiftAssist with mobility, fall prevention, and repositioningCommunicate clearly with clients, families, and office staffMaintain accurate documentation and timely updatesRequired Qualifications:Bilingual (Spanish & English) – requiredProven experience with hands-on transfers (gait belts, standby assist, etc.)Physically capable of assisting clients with mobility needsValid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong time management and punctualityCNA or HHA certification RequiredWhat Makes This Role Different:Consistent 12-hour weekend shiftsOpportunity to work with higher-acuity clientsExposure to multiple care environments (builds skill fast)Strong support from a responsive office teamWho You Are:Confident in your caregiving skillsComfortable moving between clients throughout the dayProfessional, dependable, and communicativeSomeone who takes pride in safe, high-quality careIf this sounds like an option for you, we would love to have you apply today!
