Weekend Caregiver PositionAre you looking for meaningful, consistent weekend work? Right at Home Utah Valley is hiring dependable weekend caregivers to help seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe and independent in their homes. This position is designed for applicants who can consistently work Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend caregivers earn $18 per hour. Additional weekday shifts may also be available at $17 per hour.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide companionship and emotional supportAssist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal careHelp clients with mobility, transfers, and repositioningPrepare simple mealsComplete light housekeeping and laundryProvide medication remindersAssist with errands and transportation when neededFollow each client's individualized care planCommunicate changes or concerns to the officeWHAT WE OFFER:$18 per hour for weekend shifts$17 per hour for any weekday shifts workedPaid time offConsistent weekend schedulingRegular, recurring client assignmentsOne-on-one care rather than a facility environmentPaid trainingSupport from a responsive local office teamOpportunities to pick up additional hoursMeaningful work that directly improves clients' livesQUALIFICATIONS:Consistent year-round weekend availabilityReliable transportationValid driver's license and current auto insuranceAbility to pass required background checksDependable attendance and punctualityCompassionate and professional communicationComfortable assisting clients with personal care and mobilityAbility to safely lift, transfer, and reposition more than 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationPrevious caregiving experience or CNA certification is helpful but not requiredWe are willing to train dependable, compassionate applicants who are committed to providing excellent care.
