Weekend CaregiversAlways Best Care Senior Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Weekend Caregivers to support our clients on Saturdays and Sundays. This role is perfect for caregivers looking to supplement income or work a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)Provide companionship and emotional supportPrepare meals and assist with light housekeepingAssist with mobility, transfers, and ambulationRun errands and provide transportation as neededObserve and report changes in client conditionFollow individualized care plansQualificationsPrevious caregiving experience preferred (professional or family)Valid driver’s license and current auto insuranceReliable transportationAbility to pass a background checkCompassionate, patient, and dependableAbility to lift, bend, and assist with mobility as requiredCNA or HHA certification a plus (not required)ScheduleWeekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)All shifts availableOpportunities to work on more than one caseMinimum of 40 hours per month required to remain activeTraining & SupportPaid onboarding and ongoing trainingOn-site training and support with a Caregiver MentorPPE providedCNA licensing assistance after 6 months of employment (Additional eligibility requirements apply)Pay & Incentives$300 Sign-On Bonus after 60 days (Must work 25+ hours per week and remain compliant)$100 Employee Referral BonusSame-day pay available with Tapcheck401(k) with up to 4% company matchWeekend on-call opportunities$175 stipend plus hourly pay if called into the fieldBenefitsPaid orientation and trainingPaid time offFlexible schedulingSafety equipment providedEmployee assistance programReferral program401(k) with 4% company matchService AreasElkhart and St. Joseph County, IndianaBerrien and Cass Counties, MichiganSouth Bend and Mishawaka areas
