Now Hiring: Weekend Caregiver — Kirkland, WAActi-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable Weekend Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Kirkland, WA.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in providing compassionate care while supporting a client's comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.Position DetailsLocation: Kirkland, WAPosition: Part-Time Weekend CaregiverSchedule: Weekends — Saturday and/or SundayPay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and assignmentWhat You'll DoAssist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobilityAssist with ambulation inside and outside the homePrepare and serve meals while following dietary requirementsProvide medication reminders as directedAssist with prescribed exercises and recommended activitiesProvide companionship and engage the client in meaningful activitiesPerform light housekeeping tasks the client is unable to complete independentlyAssist with shopping or accompany the client on errands when neededMonitor and communicate changes in the client's condition or behaviorCommunicate effectively with the client, family, nurses, and care teamMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environmentRespond appropriately and responsibly to emergencies or unusual situationsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious caregiving or related experience preferred, but not requiredCurrent CPR certification from the American Heart Association preferred/required as applicableCompassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to client careAbility to work independently and follow established care plansKnowledge of basic housekeeping and meal preparation, including dietary considerationsStrong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability and endurance to perform required caregiving tasksHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredSuccessful completion of a background check and reference verificationMust be available to work weekendsWhat We Offer$21.00–$23.00 per hourWeekend scheduling opportunitiesSupportive work environmentTraining and professional development opportunitiesHealth insurancePTO and sick leave401(k)About Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home CareActi-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized in-home care services.
