Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client's needs and responding appropriately to those needs.2. Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.3. Perform all procedures safely.4. Documents actions and client response to care provided.5. Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.6. Maintain client's comfort and well-being.Qualifications:1. High School Diploma/GED or College Degree2. Drivers License and Reliable Transportation3. Reliable Mobile Communication Device4. Active Certifications/Licenses: CMT License, First Aid/CPR5. Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.6.
