Amerilux Family Of Companies Production Team MemberAmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our Production Team. You can expect to be cross-trained through the departments in our production plant - giving you the ability to float where needed and eventually being assigned to a permanent department that fits your skills and desires in addition to the needs of our Operations team and AmeriLux International. Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available.Key Responsibilities:Operate all machines or tools in the area. Tools include but are not limited to drill presses, miter saws, and table saws.Read and execute sales order to prepare raw material by cutting to precise width and length.Adhere to company standards and timelines per work orders.Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.Shift: Friday - Sunday
