nAs a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence.

n nMinimum Qualifications
nnnGraduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
n
nnCurrent Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan.

nnMust have a minimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience.

nnMedical Surgical Experience preferred
n
nnHome health or Hospice experience is a plus
n
nnStrong computer and technology skills required.

nnMust have current Driver's license and reliable transportation.
