Job description
CommonSpirit Health at Home is hiring a Weekend Start of Care Physical Therapist to deliver in-home rehabilitation services in South King, Pierce, and Kitsap Counties, WA. You’ll evaluate mobility, design treatment plans, and work with families and the care team to restore function.
The role requires a PT license in WA, CPR/BLS, and a drive-to-home-visit setup. A supportive benefits package includes education reimbursement and a 401(k).
