Job description
Elara Caring is seeking an RN to join our weekend home health team in Mishawaka and surrounding counties. The schedule features Sat and Sun 12-hour shifts plus one weekday of your choice, with a 3-day work week and full-time benefits.
You will manage your own caseload, provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, perform assessments, develop care plans, document accurately, and educate families. This role includes travel within the coverage area and access to competitive benefits.
