Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Illinois Home Health is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse to provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating the plan of care with physicians and the care team.
You will supervise home health aides, perform OASIS assessments, ensure timely documentation, and work with patients, families, and other clinicians to maintain continuity of care.
