Job description
Geisinger Home Health, part of LHC Group and the Optum family, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide home-based nursing care across Montour County. You will help patients and families through compassionate, compliant care in their homes.
As the Home Health RN, you will assess needs, coordinate plans of care with physicians, supervise aides, and ensure safe, high-quality care while communicating with families and community resources. A sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement are available.
