Job description
Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Weekend Home Health RN to perform Start of Care admissions on weekends in the Twin Cities metro area. The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, OASIS completion, and coordinating the plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
The weekend RN will educate families, review medications, and establish individualized care plans, with mileage reimbursement for travel. Active MN RN license and CPR are required.
