Job description
Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse - Triage who models Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation to support after-hours referrals and patient care in our home health organization.
The RN will triage weekend calls (Sat/Sun 9a-7p CST), facilitate new referrals, collaborate with physicians, and guide field staff. An Associate or BSN, active RN license, and 1 year of clinical/home health experience are required.
