Compensation: $40-$52 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement

What You'll Do
Complete routine and PRN hospice visits throughout your assigned territory.
Assess patients, manage pain and symptoms, provide wound care, and respond to changes in condition.
Educate and support patients, caregivers, and families with compassionate communication.
Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and the interdisciplinary team.
Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation .
What You'll Bring
Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Hospice experience preferred, or experience in oncology, palliative care, ICU, home health, or end-of-life care .
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
