Job description
Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate hospice care across a service area, visiting patients in homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.
The RN will handle admissions, patient visits, and on-call duties with strong clinical and communication skills, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Travel across the service area is required and experience with electronic medical records is expected.
