Job description
Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice Visit Nurse services. This part-time role includes Saturday/Sunday shifts from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm, covering 3 out of 4 weekends, with focus on patient-centered end-of-life care.
You will work under the RN Case Manager and interdisciplinary team to deliver skilled nursing care at patients' homes. The role requires an NLN-approved nursing program, 1 year of recent direct care, and ability to travel to patient
