Weekend Care Team Opportunity At Trove Home CareAt Trove Home Care, we are actively building a reliable Weekend Care Team! We are seeking caregivers who want consistent hours, meaningful work, and a supportive environment. PLUS we are now offering a Weekend Bonus Incentive for caregivers who demonstrate consistency and commitment.$18–$25/hr based on experience$100 weekend bonus when you complete 50 weekend hoursFlexible weekend or every-other-weekend schedulingImmediate openings available24/7 supportive care team availableLocal cases in Charlottesville, VA and surrounding areasIdeal for caregivers with weekday commitments or seeking supplemental incomeConsistent weekend opportunities availableCaregivers assist with a variety of daily living activities, such as:Driving clients to appointments or errandsProviding medication remindersPreparing meals and assisting with cookingPerforming light housekeeping tasksCaregivers with appropriate certifications (CNA, PCA, HHA) may also provide hands-on personal care, including:Assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygieneHelp with feedingMobility and ambulation supportBathing assistanceTransfers (bed/chair)Toileting and incontinence careWhat We're Looking ForCNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferredAt least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferredStrong communication skills with clients, families, and team membersValid driver's license and active auto insurance requiredAbility to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation*All offers are contingent on completion of a background check and MVR screening.We are prioritizing caregivers who want steady weekend work and reliable income.
